1/4 Beef Deposit AKA "The Boss"

A 1/4 beef is approximately 75# of meat.

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering.  The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.

This will consist of:  (6) bone-in Ribeye Steaks, (6) Filets, (6) NY Strip (4) Sirloins, (6) Skirt Steaks, (2) Chuck Roast, (1) Rump Roast, (2) packs short ribs - 3# each, (33) 1# 80/20 Ground Beef rolls, (5) 1# Stew meat

The remaining balance due will be $600.00.
