Short Ribs

These come in 1# packs.  A standard portion is 3/4-1 pound of raw, bone-in meat per person.  Since ribs are cooked low and slow, they will lose some weight, but still be a hearty portion per person. 

All individual items must be picked up at the store.  There is NO shipping on individual items unless purchased with a box package or  in a significant quantity.
